 Today I would like to express my gratitude for my loving husband. He works so hard to provide for our family and support us in all we do. He makes me so happy and I treasure the moments we have to spend together. I am grateful for temple blessings that promise an eternity together if we can live faithful. I love you sweetheart!

The Healing Power of Gratitude

 With our Prophet's recent challenge to turn social media into our own personal gratitude journal I came back to this blog. It is my only social media outlet at the moment, I have not embraced all the other popular platforms. Today I want to express how grateful I am for the opportunity to be a mother. Nothing compares with this unique experience of being responsible for precious souls and watching them learn and grow for themselves. I am so proud of my beautiful children and the choices they make each day. They are merciful and forgiving towards me, even when I'm irritable and short with them. They are thoughtful and compassionate towards each other and the people around them. I have seen the blessings of our 'Come Follow Me' study in the atmosphere of our home. I know the promises of the prophets regarding the amazing blessings that come from a study of the Book of Mormon are true. I am so thankful for a happy family! #givethanks
