"Sprinkle"

Lori and her girls threw me a light shower or a "sprinkle" is what they called it. It was so fun to get some boy things, I don't have to dress him in pink now!
Shane's aunt is a great seamstress, she made this adorable blanket of Noah's ark for baby Noah! This is Shane's grandma and aunt and my beautiful niece Rylee.

Shambree put together some darling "cupcakes" made out of onesies, washcloths, birpcloths, and socks.

I got a lot of fun boy clothes! Harley was so excited, she wanted to try them all on. This is Shane's other grandma and aunt.

While we were busy partying, Shane and Jeff were working on the house. We are so excited to have our first wall framed!

Yummy Chicken Marinade!

I got this recipe from Shane's family and I loved it, so I had to share...

Chicken Marinade

1 cup Sprite (I used a little more so it would cover all my chicken in a bowl)
1 TBS Salt
1 TBS Pepper
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 TBS Oregano
2 TBS Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Olive Oil

I cut my chicken into strips and let it sit in this marinade all day or overnight. Pull it out and BBQ when you're ready... super easy and very juicy and tender!

Mother's Day

We gave my mom some flowers for her ladder outside. It was a team effort to make them, and I was so happy with how they turned out!

Harley was a little ANGEL for me all day...

I had to get a picture of the little twinners! This is Harley's cousin Rylee.

Happy Birthday Shane!

I took Shane to the Supercross for his birthday this year! It was a lot of fun. He's ready to buy a motorcycle now though, so maybe it wasn't such a good idea...
